Get the group together on the waterfront beforehand — cold pints and the early games on the screens. Coming by train, it's Merseyrail to Moorfields, then up Old Hall Street to us (Maps: Moorfields → Fliers), and a ten-minute walk on to Bramley-Moore Dock from here (Maps: Fliers → the ground).
After the final whistle
Beat the rush back into town. Stick around for the post-match analysis on the screens and a few more drinks, without the city-centre queues.
