What you can take over
Group & event questions
How big a group can you take?
Up to 8 players per bay across our 5 Trackman bays — so roughly 40 playing at once, and comfortably more when you're rotating around food and drinks. For larger numbers we'll plan a format that keeps everyone involved.
Can you sort food and drink for the group?
Yes — a fully licensed bar and stone-baked sourdough pizza, with food and drink packages brought to your bays. Tell us your numbers and we'll tailor it to the event.
Can we hire the venue exclusively?
Yes. Take a bay or two, the whole bar, or the entire venue exclusively for your group. Whole-venue hire suits corporate days and big celebrations where you want the place to yourselves.
Do you take a deposit?
For group bookings and exclusive hire we usually take a deposit to secure the date, with the balance settled around the event. We'll confirm the exact terms when we send your quote.
